Job Description
Seeking an individual to perform end-to-end recruitment, develop and implement all phases of the recruitment process, oversee interview question preparation and selection materials, navigate ATS platform and recruiting tools and systems, champion candidate experience, and drive a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Looking for someone with 2 years of Revenue, Marketing, or other GTM recruiting experience, experience independently partnering with hiring managers, optimizing processes, building relationships with candidates, managing multiple tasks, and a results-driven mindset, with startup experience as a plus.
They should communicate effectively, be open to cross functional collaboration, and attract top talent.
