Microsoft Entra ID Systems Engineer

The Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise Entra ID B2B collaboration solutions within the VA’s environments. This role involves technical oversight of system integrations, security configurations, and application support to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant B2B operations across VA agencies and partners. The engineer will collaborate with cybersecurity, support teams, and project managers to optimize system performance and security. Responsibilities include developing architecture plans for B2B integrations, leading technical efforts to configure and deploy B2B solutions, implementing security configurations and controls, and monitoring system health and performance. Additional tasks include supporting custom application integrations, creating technical documentation, and assisting in cybersecurity incident response. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID B2B, experience with Microsoft 365 enterprise solutions, and strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
