This position is remote.
Identify, analyze, and document business needs and translate them into actionable technical and functional requirements to align with project and organizational goals. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and facilitating collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and observations, and collaborate to define and prioritize requirements. Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement or automation and support decision-making through insights derived from requirements analysis and process evaluation.
