You will be responsible for driving technical and operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and defining and executing the roadmap that is advancing our Navigation SDK, API, and app & Dash offerings and shaping the way people, packages, and vehicles move around the world. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design, customers, and market makers.

As a Software Engineer, Customer Infrastructure, you will work closely with customers as well as the engineering team on enhancing, optimizing, validating and automating our cloud-native storage platform. Your role will be a mix of DevOps and software engineering to assure that MinIo is delivering a very high quality product with high-performance, scalability and durability to enable seamless data storage and retrieval for demanding workloads for customers.

Partner with Sales and Customer Engineering throughout the pre-sales and post-sales journey as the technical expert helping customers solve their most challenging database problems. Lead technical discovery to match customers’ business and technical objectives with PlanetScale’s offerings. Design and execute proof of value timelines that deliver agreed upon business outcomes and success criteria.
