This position as a Senior Cupid Application Analyst will design applications or workflow specifications for some of the most complex and critical OHSU systems and applications. The Sr. Analyst will participate in the development, documentation, testing and validation of new Cupid workflows and interfaces, perform Cupid system build, testing and maintenance, and assume project management responsibilities.

Applies tools, techniques and processes to track and log activities, ensuring user compliance. Leads technical analysis discussions and delivers supporting artifacts. Responsible for completing tasks within committed timeframes and communicating effectively across teams. Assignments are mid to long-term projects.

Enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness by evaluating and improving business processes through technology solutions. This involves determining operational objectives, analyzing requirements, designing workflows, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation to support ongoing process improvement and cost reduction. Actively support the organization on multiple projects.

This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business process analysis and an in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform, as well as excellent communication skills.
