Sr Director, Enterprise Business Applications

Lead the vision, strategy, optimization, and ongoing support of our Enterprise Business applications, including Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, Atlassian Suite, Clinical Trials Management Systems, etc. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer , this pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring our application platform effectively supports Natera's current and future business needs across all functional areas. Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP and CRM strategy aligned with Natera's overall business objectives and IT roadmap. Provide thought leadership on how the platform can be leveraged to drive innovation and efficiency. Lead the development and maintenance of a multi-year roadmap, outlining key initiatives, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the ERP & CRM systems. Identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience. Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
