Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing Sales team. This is a critical frontline role responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up. As an SDR, you’ll represent SBT’s first impression with potential clients. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through strategic outreach, customized messaging, and thoughtful engagement.
In this role, you will: Generate qualified leads through multi-channel outbound outreach — including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, video messages, SMS, and more. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads to qualify opportunities. Conduct thorough research on target accounts and personas to craft personalized outreach that resonates with decision-makers. Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and account-based campaigns. Maintain accurate activity and prospect records in HubSpot and Salesforce, and consistently meet or exceed activity and conversion metrics. Share market insights and feedback with the broader sales and product teams to help refine positioning and go-to-market strategies.
