About the Role:
- This is a foundational role in the Client Management team focused on learning TrueAccord's platform and client operations.
- You'll support Client Managers to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of mainly passive clients and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and meeting materials for client check-ins.
- Partner with internal support teams to process requests and resolve issues.
Who You Are:
- You have entry-level experience in Client Success, Support, or Operations and strong communication skills.
- You're collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a client-facing role.
