What Will You Do:

  • Managing certificates and PGP keys, including proactive handling
  • Job management, transport landscape, SAP system/RFC connections, SAP support including opening system connections
  • Handling SAP incidents, requesting and managing technical users, exception/emergency processes

You Will Succeed If You:

  • Certified as an SAP Certified Consultant – SAP S/4HANA System Administration
  • Extensive SAP Basis-specific customizing and broad technical expertise, including S/4HANA
  • Familiar with operating systems such as Linux and Windows, as well as cloud environments including SAP BTP

What Skills Will Be Appreciated:

  • Maintenance/system change planning regarding OS and DB release/version upgrades and reactive patches (e.g. security), as well as SAP application maintenance planning, support packages, release upgrades, SAP notes and reactive patches
  • Supporting platform/infrastructure topics such as network drives, firewall requests/approvals, identity providers, SSO including HLD/LLD, request forms, and documentation
  • Monitoring and system oversight, including optimisation: Early Watch Alerts, batch monitoring/job failures, iDOC monitoring, dumps, update terminations, syslog, SAL
