About the Role:
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams in driving strategic engagements with enterprise clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them implement solutions leveraging Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform.
- Uncover a customer’s current and future state needs and goals to best position Sprinklr’s platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals and challenges.
- Facilitate workshops and proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate solution fit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling demos and align to business outcomes.
Who You Are:
- Experience in a role at a SaaS company working with Enterprise clients.
- A strategic thinker with experience in marketing technology or digital transformation consulting.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from C-suite to practitioner.
