Job Description
We are searching for a Customer Success Director to join our team on a full-time basis. This new role is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in Canada. Overseeing our Sales Closer Team, this position will work closely with all teams to ensure the success of our Partners.
The Customer Success Director will partner with the Executive Leadership Team, lead the design and execution of customer success strategies, and drive customer value realization. The individual will also manage key accounts, develop and monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Product and Data teams to conduct customer insights and feedback analysis. The Customer Success Director will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Customer Success organization.
