Lead Asset Management for Equipment Finance, providing valuation analysis to Working Capital and Structured Finance Groups.
Oversee all equipment collateral valuations, lease residuals, end-of-lease activities, and asset disposition.

What You Will Do:

Develop and oversee all collateral policies and procedures, including return/maintenance provisions and landlord waivers.
Manage the team handling lease returns, buyouts, payoffs, and fair market value determinations.
Manage remarketing and build a third-party network of resellers and appraisers.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience.
Strong collateral and valuation knowledge across multiple asset categories.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
