Business Growth Advisor - Toronto

Support a portfolio of NZ Industrial Tech companies to develop and execute their GTM plans and accelerate their North American growth. We need your commercial smarts, know-how and know-who to manage a portfolio of manufacturing companies and play a key role in evaluating their strengths and weaknesses, to support them with market entry and growth strategies. You’ll possess strong business eco-system networks and be passionate about building business capability, understanding industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities, helping to develop new channels to market. The portfolio is diverse, so we need a highly-curious proactive ‘doer’ with a passion for learning about new and interesting industrial technologies in a range of sectors including aviation, marine, construction, food & beverage equipment, robotics, and energy/utilities. This is a coaching role and requires commercial savvy, a healthy dose of EQ and a proven understanding of the growth phases of industrial manufacturing companies
