Senior People Operations Generalist

Bitfocus is seeking a Senior People Operations Generalist to join their People Operations team. This role will be a key driver of Bitfocus' culture and a trusted advisor to their team. The Senior People Operations Generalist will manage key programs within the full scope of People functions—from onboarding and benefits to employee relations—while ensuring compliance and partnering with our People & Talent Specialist to create a seamless employee experience. They will also own and improve the processes for key employee transitions such as promotions and transfers. Responsibilities include managing core People systems and data integrity, serving as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for core People systems (Paylocity, Lattice, Confluence, etc.). This role will focus on managing all employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring overall data quality across platforms in order to improve how they work by identifying bottlenecks, redesigning workflows, and building and documenting scalable processes.
