Job Description

Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for developing business, including product revenue targets. Identify and evaluate potential new opportunities and provide suitable recommendation to boost sales of products / increase market share. Ensure the attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets. Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development and corrective action. Ensure that assigned sector attracts, develops and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace.
