Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the Skylar AI CTO, define and drive the end-to-end engineering strategy for the Skylar AI platform.
- Translate product and business objectives into a compelling technical roadmap.
- Serve as the primary engineering authority for Skylar AI.
Transform Engineering:
- Lead the transformation of ScienceLogic’s engineering processes to be AI-centric.
- Champion modern engineering methodologies including AI-augmented CI/CD.
- Establish best practices for working with foundation models.
Build & Lead:
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional engineering talent.
- Create a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Define clear career paths and mentorship programs.
