Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our Renewals Business Operations team and drive process and technical transformations of our renewals organization. This role focuses on enabling our Renewal Account Executives (RAEs) to move towards proactive, relationship-driven customer lifecycle management. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business operations expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment. You will design and manage a comprehensive lifecycle management process and systems to support renewal sales cycles, convert product telemetry into actionable risk indicators, develop reporting and analytics capabilities, collaborate with various teams, implement Salesforce configurations, and create training materials.
