Job Description
You'll be responsible for leading Rhombus' expansion into the Australian and New Zealand markets. The ideal candidate is an experienced field sales professional with deep channel partner relationships and a proven track record of building territories from the ground up. You'll be responsible for establishing and growing our presence across Australia through strategic channel partnerships whilst driving direct enterprise sales.
You will build and execute go-to-market strategy for Australia and New Zealand, establishing Rhombus as the leading intelligent security platform. You will also identify, recruit, and develop strategic channel partnerships with security integrators, technology resellers, and systems integrators across Australia.
You will manage complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise customers, from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and closure. You will also conduct on-site meetings, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept deployments across major Australian cities. Provide strategic feedback on local market conditions, competitive landscape, and product requirements specific to Australian regulations and standards.
You should consistently exceed ambitious sales targets whilst building sustainable pipeline for long-term territory growth. Work closely with global Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams as the voice of the Australian market.
