Job Description

As a Global Key Account Business Development Manager, you'll work with regional Data Analytics Account Managers to grow international key accounts in data analytics, aiming for long-term, high-value engagements. Your responsibilities encompass all sales and order intake for specific key accounts on a global level, as well as cultivating strong customer relationships in line with the corporate strategy. Collaborating with regional Data Analytics Account Managers and BPS regional Account Managers, you'll orchestrate and coordinate all global sales activities related to the defined key customers. Actively use our CRM system (SFDC) to manage sales activities and customer interactions effectively, ensuring that all customer and opportunity information is up-to-date within the CRM system. This role involves analyzing SFDC data, identifying trends, generating customer insights, and tracking sales performance, while also actively driving newly launched innovative products and services into the marketplace.
