Device Operations Specialist

About the Role:

• The Device Operations Specialist owns day-to-day operational management of Xplor's payment device estate.
• This role coordinates device ordering, provisioning, deployment, replacement, returns, and inventory control.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate serial-number-level device records and reconcile the estate with POS Portal.
• Validate device orders, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replacements, returns, and secure disposal.
• Act as the primary contact for POS Portal and support device incident investigations.

Who You Are:

• You have experience in device operations, IT asset management, payment operations, or logistics.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at reconciling data and resolving operational issues.
• You communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams to keep stakeholders informed.
