You are comfortable with technical tools and can explain findings to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure merchant setups for loyalty, apps, and online ordering with speed and accuracy.
Investigate and resolve issues by taking escalations and providing clear bug reports to Engineering.
Monitor location health, manage card network enrollment, and build automations to improve team efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in technical support or operations with a track record of finding root causes across multiple systems.
Comfort with data, SQL is a plus, and proficiency in AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
Clear communication and a habit of automating repetitive work in a lean, fast-paced environment.
