Smartsheet is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solutions Engineering to lead and develop a team of Solution Engineers, playing a key role in the technical sales process. This role involves partnering with Sales and Solutions Engineering leadership to set strategies for revenue growth and quota attainment. As a senior leader, you will contribute to growing revenue and empowering meaningful change. You will hire, coach, and manage Solutions Engineers, partner with Sales Leadership, collaborate with internal teams, prioritize team workloads, provide skill coaching, and contribute to organizational goals. Provide technical leadership and product expertise to the team and the larger sales organization.
