The Territory Associate reports to the Endoluminal Program Manager and plays a critical role in the early adoption and expansion of the Ion platform for minimally invasive lung biopsy, focusing on supporting users and developing key programs.

Essential Duties:

Provide procedural and training support for new users, including in-services and first case series attendance.
Collaborate with sales teams and senior hospital staff to execute integration plans and facilitate data capture for metrics.
Manage administrative tasks, SFDC, expense reports, and maintain expertise in the pulmonary oncology space.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of sales, leadership, or clinical experience required.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel up to 60%, with knowledge of Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy being a plus.
