Payroll Administrator

We are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented individuals to join our exciting Finance team. As part of the growing Hazel Finance Team, you will be responsible for the processing and management of all aspects of the payroll process for 4+ legal entities across 30+ States for over 500 employees. This important role requires broad payroll experience in a scaling environment. You will provide accurate payroll information, evaluate and enhance payroll processes, manage timekeeping systems, process bi-weekly payroll, work with agencies, respond to audit requests, and collaborate with the People and Finance teams. Additionally, you will assist with HRIS management, develop policies, and complete ad hoc tasks.
