About the Role:
- Accurately prepare and transmit news releases over Business Wire's circuits.
- Work as a team member supporting successful Newsroom Operations.
- Available shifts: Sunday to Thursday 9:30 PM PST to 6:00 AM PST.
What You Will Do:
- Format, edit, and proofread press releases quickly and accurately.
- Code releases, suggest distribution circuits, and contact clients about issues.
- Monitor incoming orders, assist with phone calls, and collaborate with other teams.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree and excellent communication/customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic technical skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
