Job Description

The Large Enterprise National Account Director develops new business with prospects and manages the full cycle sales process, including initial lead generation, prospect evaluation, and negotiation to closing. This position is Full Time, Exempt, Remote and required to travel up to 60% of the time, as required per seasonal business needs. The director will manage full sales cycle from initial lead generation, opportunity, to negotiation and closure. They will also meet with potential sales prospects to determine business needs and stay current on industry relevant trends, especially food, beverage and CPG industry. They will research, recommend prospects for new business opportunities, develop those opportunities, and expand customer relationships. The director will build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients and develop professional networks. They will stay current with industry specific trends and the competitor landscape, identify improvements and recommend sales strategies to increase sales, and collect, analyze information and prepare data and sales reports. They will also attend training workshops, meetings, and events to increase professional learning and development and foster team camaraderie.
