ServiceNow is looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. They offer 12-week internship opportunities within our different Global People Functions. The ideal candidate will play a vital, AI-enabled support role with ServiceNow initiatives across Global People, while participating in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities.
Global People & Product Service Delivery Team is our HR Shared Services/program management team, who provide the support and service for all general HR inquiries, as well as key moments that matter in the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding/offboarding).
The People Insights team works closely with our People Analytics & Engineering, People Science & Research, AI, Data Operations, and Strategic Workforce Planning teams to execute projects across the People Insights organization.
Our Talent Acquisition & Management team is on an incredible multi-year journey to define and build best in class recruiting from the ground up.
