Scaled Programs Customer Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Scaled AMs and Field Engineering teammates to identify expansion and churn signals and create automated plays.
• Operate startup program onboarding with Intercom checklists and guided flows for high-growth AI startups.
• Build and maintain scaled-engagement tools like pricing calculators, POC templates, and reusable technical content.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as customer engineering, solutions engineering, or technical support.
• Strong fundamentals in cloud infrastructure including containers, deploys, autoscaling, networking, and CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of Postgres and common database migration patterns, plus AI fluency in daily workflows.
