Account Manager

The Role:

• Render is seeking a foundational Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with our fastest growing and highest potential customers.
• This role is pivotal in demonstrating Render's long-term value and scalability, owning the commercial health of the relationship.
• You will work in close partnership with Customer Engineers to provide a holistic experience combining technical guidance and commercial strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a large book of ~300 commercial accounts using a 1-to-many, programmatic engagement model.
• Build and run scalable programs that drive adoption and expansion, including onboarding journeys, webinars, and nurture motions.
• Identify and prioritize accounts for targeted interventions using health signals, and own contracting motions including renewals and expansions.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role such as Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in cloud infrastructure or developer tooling.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
• Strong sense of empathy and genuine passion for helping developers and engineering teams succeed.
