Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end account management for 130-150 accounts, including renewals, expansions, and revenue forecasting.
• Lead commercial processes like discovery, proposal development, pricing negotiations, and contract navigation.
• Drive adoption through QBRs, optimization reviews, and identify underused features for stronger alignment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of quota-carrying Account Management experience in SaaS.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to develop thoughtful proposals based on customer goals and usage.
• Comfortable with high-volume portfolios, cross-functional collaboration, and using AI to improve workflows.
