The Role:

• Senior commercial position owning customer revenue and long-term account growth across mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Responsible for renewals, expansion opportunities, and strategies that deepen customer value and retention.
• Involves building multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders from day-to-day users to Directors and VPs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Senior Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success in a SaaS commercial role.
• Demonstrated success growing customer spend and managing a book of business around $5M ARR.
• Strong forecasting methodology, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication skills.
