Job Description
Identifying potential risks and managing timely reserves effectively. Overall responsibility for formulating proper resolution strategy to ensure best total outcome. The position may require periodic travel to attend meditations, trials and / or other related meetings. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims management or related field and a minimum of seven yearsβ experience in the handling or litigating of complex commercial general liability claims. Strong experience in handling New York Labor Law claims is highly preferred.
