This Recruiter role will support one of our biotech clients with talent acquisition leadership.
Focus on Emergency Use Authorization initiatives and workforce expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, refine, and maintain job descriptions and recruiting materials.
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR recruiting experience with strong knowledge of HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
