Senior Demand Generation Manager, Partners

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, Partners, you'll be responsible for developing and leading the global partner marketing strategy, focusing on technology, marketplace, agency, and regional partnerships, particularly in EMEA. You will partner with the VP of Partnerships to identify high-impact opportunities and build go-to-market plans, creating roadmaps with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes. You will design partner recruitment campaigns, develop compelling “better together” stories, and manage multi-channel campaigns involving internal teams, partners, and vendors. The role involves building reporting frameworks to track partner performance and automating partner onboarding workflows. Collaboration with marketing, partnerships, and sales teams is crucial to align programs and ensure consistent messaging. Success will be measured by pipeline impact, partner growth, campaign conversion rates, and regional expansion. The role requires 5+ years of B2B SaaS partner marketing experience, proficiency with PRM tools and marketing automation platforms, and analytical skills to optimize performance and influence decisions without authority.
