Job Overview:
- Own, scale, and continuously improve the operating system that powers Omada’s B2B2C go-to-market engine.
- Oversee core functions and deliver high performing commercial business field organization.
- Set multi-year strategies that future-proof Omada’s commercial engine, while emphasizing transparency.
Your Impact:
- Own Omada’s end-to-end commercial operating system (planning, pipeline, forecasting, compensation, tooling, and governance).
- Deliver an accurate sales and enrollment forecast that is trusted across the organization.
- Partner with Finance and Commercial leadership on annual and long-range planning processes.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial, revenue, or sales operations.
- Deep expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and commercial performance management.
