Job Description
As a Pre-sales Engineer, you are responsible for accelerating enterprise sales processes which are critical for our success. In consulting you will drive the solution design process, the forwarders own understanding of the system they want to build, and the forwardersโ conviction that cargo.one is the right partner for them. This role is responsible for managing all technical relationships and activities across a specific set of target forwarders and will work closely with the Enterprise Account Executives, Vice Presidents, Integration Team, Partnership Success Team, and Product.
You will work with forwarders across the globe to provide a comprehensive and world class sales process from initial conversation, through solution design, to handover to the cargo.one Integration Teams. Proactively build successful relationships with CIO, Head of Digitalization and other technical counterparts throughout the sales process. Own technical discovery activities and build a deep understanding of customer requirements and industry trends. Manage all data security, connectivity and high level system architecture questions and objections.
