About the Role:
- This hands-on recruiting role owns high-volume candidate pipelines in a fast-paced tech environment.
- You’ll combine candidate assessment, pipeline management, and hiring-manager partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct about 30 candidate intro calls weekly and manage candidates through later stages.
- Identify pipeline gaps and partner with hiring managers to keep the process efficient.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical or go-to-market recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Pacific Time hours availability and strong communication and pipeline management skills.
