Vendor Operations Specialist II

Key Responsibilities:

• Answers vendor related questions on systems, processes, technology, and procedures and researches and resolves issues of medium complexity.
• Performs research and data analysis to report on key vendor metrics and presents findings to the vendor and/or team leadership.
• Responsible for assigned contractor’s delivery of work including Quality, Timeliness, and other Service Level Agreements, Inventory Management and other operational metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Moderate communication (oral & written) skills to effectively communicate with internal partners and external vendors.
• Strong research, problem solving, analytical, relationship management, and critical thinking skills.
