Job Description
The VP, Talent Management will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent management strategies that align with our organization's goals and drive business success. This leader will lead the development and execution of comprehensive talent management strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives. They will also design and oversee performance management systems that foster a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement, while spearheading leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
They will implement succession planning strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize leadership gaps, leverage HR analytics and metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and demonstrate the impact of talent initiatives. The VP of Talent Management will also drive change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth and will provide executive coaching and guidance to senior leaders on talent-related matters.
