About You:

  • Commercially driven clinician or clinical sales professional who combines physiotherapy knowledge with strong business development instincts.
  • Comfortable engaging decision-makers in clinical environments and translating clinical outcomes into compelling sales conversations.
  • Motivated by growth targets and enjoys building new markets from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

  • Educate physiotherapists, clinical directors, and rehabilitation teams on Trexo’s clinical value and implementation.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with leading rehabilitation institutions and key opinion leaders.
  • Represent Trexo at trade shows, physiotherapy congresses, and pediatric rehabilitation events across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or clinical account management within medical devices, rehabilitation technology, physiotherapy, or healthcare.
  • Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Germany and periodically within Austria and Switzerland.
