Lead and manage prospecting & referral teams, overseeing workflows to meet targets for high-quality meetings and referral-to-admission conversions, while ensuring adherence to standard procedures. Train and coach team members for improved performance, and collaborate with field sales reps for strategic alignment. Execute on meeting prospecting targets, even during turnover, and optimize strategies as market dynamics shift. Maintain operating standards, optimize workflows, and understand complex processes for a superior patient admission experience. Oversee reporting to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the team's operations. Work with the Product team to automate workflows and minimize disruption during enhancements. Handle other duties as assigned. Work is performed 100% from home. Physical demands include the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone.
