What You'll Do:
- Pharmacy and prescription support: Work with pharmacies on refills, clarifications and transfers.
- Prepare and submit prior authorizations, track them to resolution, and coordinate specialist referrals.
- Schedule appointments and reach out to patients so care plans are completed.
What You'll Bring:
- Active nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA) and 3+ years of experience.
- 1+ year of telemedicine experience and familiarity with EHRs, CoverMyMeds, and DocuSign.
- Clear communication, strong organization, and working knowledge of HIPAA.
