Production Counsel

You Will:

• Evaluate, prepare, and finalize production and creative contracts including SAG-AFTRA agreements, talent deals, and content licensing.
• Structure and execute contracts with ad agencies, production houses, and influencers for commercial campaigns.
• Serve as embedded legal resource for Creative and Production teams on transaction architecture, SAG-AFTRA compliance, and AI considerations.

You Have:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of legal practice with 4+ years in commercial advertising production, performer contracting, or media business affairs.
• Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guild rules, IP licensing, and AI-related legal considerations.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience at an advertising agency, production company, or in-house at a consumer brand or tech company.
• Experience with music publishing or synchronization licensing.
• Hands-on counsel with AI technologies in creative or marketing pipelines.
