Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers from onboarding through long-term adoption.
• Create and manage Customer Success Plans.
• Own the renewal process.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Proven track record of driving customer retention and renewals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Background in managing high-value or complex client relationships.
