What You'll Do:

• Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in a cloud environment, including project creation, workflow configuration, and permissions.
• Build and maintain native Jira automation rules for ticket routing, notifications, and field updates.
• Serve as first point of contact for Atlassian support requests, resolving common configuration and usage questions.

What You'll Bring:

• 2-4 years of hands-on Jira and Confluence administration experience in a corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of Jira Software project types, workflows, permission schemes, and JSM service desk configuration.

What Success Looks Like:

• Within 90 days, independently handle the majority of day-to-day Atlassian support requests and contribute to platform hygiene.
• Within six months, build and maintain automation rules confidently and meet SLA consistently.
• Within a year, grow platform depth and contribute to larger configuration projects with senior team support.
