With a "say/do" mindset, you'll engage confidently with clients to uncover key business needs, actively listen to their pain points, and guide them to effective solutions. Taking a holistic approach, you will manage your regional business by prospecting and converting mid-funnel opportunities into closed deals, developing a clear plan to win in your market. You will serve as a trusted spokesperson for Sodexo, communicating complex ideas simply and effectively to all levels of stakeholders.
