Intro to Position:

  • Joining a growing Development division, the Donor Operations Specialist will serve as a strategic partner.
  • This position will be responsible for developing the metrics reporting and pipeline management tools.
  • This role will also assist with Salesforce maintenance and hygiene, including guidance and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of reports, dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable data.
  • Establish consistent frameworks to track and report on individual and team revenue generation, activity performance, and key metrics.
  • Analyze donor segments across all giving levels to provide the Major ($25K+), Leadership ($1K+), and Planned Giving teams with data-driven insights.

CRM & Data Integrity:

  • Develop a comprehensive data audit suite of reports to proactively detect anomalies, ensure data hygiene, and maintain the integrity of the donor database.
  • Document appropriate team Salesforce usage, processes, and workflows.
  • Ensure data quality by following, establishing, and regularly updating quality assurance protocols, processes, and documentation.
