Intro To Position:
- Role will primarily be responsible for handling donor inquiries.
- Will provide the accurate and timely entry of gifts to NPR and the NPR Foundation in Salesforce.
- Role is data entry focused.
Responsibilities:
- Providing timely and accurate information on gift policies/procedures.
- Able to proactively problem solve to make adjustments or corrections in consultation with the Finance and Donor Services teams.
- Work with frontline fundraisers and research teams to ensure proper entry of all relevant information for processing gifts.
Required Skills/Competencies:
- Experience working with confidential data in a nonprofit or comparable organization.
- Strong PC skills, proficiency in Excel, Adobe and Docusign.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to enter data with a high level of accuracy in accordance with organizational policy.
