Senior Insights Analyst, RevOps

SecurityScorecard is seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to join the RevOps team, collaborating with go-to-market resources to provide top-tier analytical support. The role involves extracting and compiling complex data sets from multiple sources, developing and maintaining reporting dashboards, and assisting in executive-level reporting. Responsibilities include identifying gaps, recommending enhancements to sales productivity, and analyzing business performance using visualizations and advanced Excel and Tableau. They will also model trends from incomplete data sets and report on key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in finance, sales operations, or business analytics, along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills are required to explain complex concepts clearly to management, colleagues, and external parties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Experience with BI Tools, building complex models with multiple datasets, experience with CRM tools including Salesforce.com and Gainsight is needed as well.
