We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA) Engineer to lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and performance tuning of our database systems. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, availability, and security across our enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining complex database systems (SQL Server), monitoring database performance, developing backup and recovery strategies, collaborating with development teams, automating routine tasks, ensuring database security, and leading migration projects. The role also involves mentoring junior DBAs and participating in on-call rotation.
