Own the numbers:
- Be accountable for accurate and timely monthly reporting (management P&L, KPIs, operating metrics) for each business in your portfolio.
- Build and manage a team of local financial experts to meet French statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Guide each business through migration onto Everfield's NetSuite instance.
Drive the growth agenda:
- Coach Business Unit Leaders on financial acumen and consistently apply Everfield ratios.
- Challenge and support Business Unit Leaders in applying the prescribed revenue system.
- Help each business spot operating efficiencies, report headcount accurately, and manage overhead with intent.
Who we're looking for:
- An ambitious problem-solver with strong technical accounting and commercial instinct.
- 5+ years in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
- Fluent in English and French; effective communicator at every level.
